BUDAPEST, Hungary (AP) — Posing for the cameras, Grant Holloway counted out his back-to-back-to-back 110-meter hurdles world titles, raising one finger, then another, then another. Money for cooling comes from a $795 million bond measure that voters passed in 2020 for building and maintaining schools.
